FREE TO WEAR A PINK BIKINI EVERY DAY

ESSAY ON THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO WEAR A PINK BIKINI EVERYDAY By Robert L. Huffstutter

IN THIS ERA OF ECONOMIC UNCERTAINTY, MEDIA WARS AND NON-PARTISAN ATTITUDES, it is refreshing to think about the life of leisure that so often invades our daydreams. It is not shameful to take mind trips to that favorite resort you enjoyed so many years ago, or even as near as last spring. There is no cause to feel like you do not deserve time away from the daily grind now and then. No, as one who lives in the world's most independently diverse and freedom-loving nation combined, it is your choice. Your choice is what democracy is all about. So, as silly as it might seem on the surface, as shallow as some might want to make it, the right to wear a pink bikini everyday is truly a freedom to be cherished.

But of course, it is not the ambition of everyone, no. The thought of lounging about in a sensual and fashionable swim outfit is not a thought shared by all. This is understood and certainly as it should be. Imagine a nation of bikini-clad individuals hanging out by the poolside day after day; it is hard to imagine. This is why I have taken the time to include a short work of ideological text to accompany the photos in the set, Pink Bikini Shoot.

Nevertheless, the crux of our freedom of choice might well be founded on the right to wear what one chooses to wear. While we are taking care to be more politically aware of the rights of all, let us not ignore our basic rights, our rights guaranteed by our Bill of Rights. Thus, the right to wear a pink bikini everyday remains a fundamental freedom for each and every individual who is a mature adult. It is all a matter of choice

My hopes are for a democratic Iran. It is a crime that one of the oldest nations in history, one of the cornerstones of civilization and knowledge is now in the hands of men who want to crush the spirit of education and knowledge. I believe that if Iran was governed by an intelligent and freedom-loving people like your group, Iran would become another center for students throughout the world, thousands interested in Iran's great contributions to the world before it became a nation opressed by men whose ideologies were those of tyrannical control.

REFLECTIONS IN A VINEYARD

REFLECTIONS IN A VINEYARD: Some Thoughts About Our Constitution; Should It or Could It Be Changed?

President Obama has pointed out that the Constitution is basically a document that is about "what the government doesn't do or cannot do for you or to you."

In the same speech, he mentions that the Constitution is "...not a document that outlines what the Government can do for you or to you." The above is to paraphrase what President Obama said; I am looking for his exact words on the subject. Since hearing him describe the Constitution in those terms, I have been searching my mind for his reasons for mentioning the subject. It is, for certain, one interesting subject and one that all Americans might want to ponder.

While the President is enjoying a well-deserved vacation at Martha's Vineyard, I am going to visit a few vineyards wherever I might happen to be at any given moment.

There are many vineyards in California and a good number in Missouri. The wine from either of the states can be sweet or bitter depending upon one's preferences. I have a small book, an old Penguin book I purchased many years ago, that includes the Constitution and thousands of footnotes in reference to the many folks who have had different views that had to be settled, once and for all.

Well, some haven't really been settled "once and for all." That's the scarry aspect to Constitutional law. Mr. Obama, if I remember correctly, was a student in Constitutional Law, thus I feel confident he knows much more about the law that governs this great nation than I have learned. However, one great fact about the Constitution is that it's basically a simple and easy-to-read document. It is the kind of document, in my opinion, that is strikingly straightforward without room for imagination to fill the spaces between the lines.

That is the great feature about the Constitution that has made these United States the greatest Democracy on earth, a fact I know President Obama realizes. That he has taken the Presidential oath to preserve this document and protect it, and the people, from all enemies, foreign and domestic, gives me assurance that he will make the right decisions. In this respect, the Constitution is a very basic document; it leaves no room for doubt about who is for us and who is against us.

Having visited vineyards at various times during my lifetime, I know that there are places where one can reflect and rest in the shade, little areas where one might want to simply take time out, not for wine, but for some serious consideration about what our nation is going to be in ten years, in twenty years, or one-hundred years from now. If I had my life to repeat, I might have selected Constitutional Law as my academic specialty.

Until recently, I had never considered how interesting the Consitution can be when one begins an attempt to try to understand it more clearly. In this respect, President Obama has added new inspiration for millions of Americans of all ages to be more aware of our Constitution.

And for our youth who have yet to make their decision about their future, one can fairly assume that many new students will be enrolling in Constitutional Law courses

ObamaCare Is A Crime
"ObamaCare" is a Scam!
Ad Verbera

Currently, I do not have health insurance, and, quite frankly, I don't give a shit. I'm young, fairly healthy, and not very likely to need a lot of medical services.

If I need to go to the doctor, I just go to the doctor. The visit costs under $100, which usually entails giving up a night of sushi, sake, and a movie with the girlfriend. Of course, if I'm sick, I'm more than likely inclined to stay home anyway, and the problem of cost solves itself.

And if I need a prescription, I get it filled at Wal-Mart (yes.... Wal-Mart..) for less then the cost of a co-payment that a patient would make through his or her HMO for the same drug.

Do I really need health insurance? Probably not.

If I really wanted health insurance, I could get it. A plan would cost me about $100 a month, and based on the quotes I've gotten before, it would cost me even less than that. Again, if I wanted the insurance, and felt it was a priority, I could actually afford it. I'd simply have to sacrifice going out about one night a month.

If I can afford it now (with a little sacrifice...) then why don't I just get an insurance plan? There's a couple of reasons why I don't.

First, I'd be ripping myself off. If a doctor visit is about $100, but in a year's time, I've only gone once - for a check up, let's say - it will only cost me a Benjamin. But if I pay $100 a month for the same 12 month period, and visited the doctor's only the one time, I've basically overpaid $1,100 for the same visit. That's money I would've been better off spending elsewhere.

Secondly, if I'm paying into an insurance plan that I rarely use, how do I know that other people on the same plan are not using medical services more frequently than I am? I know, personally its none of my business what other people do, but I think it would be safe to assume that some people may be using medical services more frequently than others if it doesn't affect their wallet directly. So if an insurance company is there to defray those "out-of-pocket" costs, then it would be more than likely that medical services would be used frivolously. And since an insurance company does nothing more than pay for one's medical services through a pool of capital generated by a group of individuals paying a monthly premium, it would logically follow that insurance premiums would rise to compensate for the losses incurred from overly frivolous visits. If this causes my rate to go up another $20 a month, I'd not only be ripping myself off even further, but also allowing others to do so as well.

What is really bothersome about Obama's health care plan, is that he doesn't leave me the choice of being ripped off or not. Its simply government replacing the insurance companies, leaving me with no choice but to pay for a plan (via tax increases..) that I, in all likelihood, will rarely ever use, and in reality, will be paying for other people's frivolous use.

Obama thinks we're all stupid and do not have the ability to rationally think and take action in our own best interest. I find it insulting, and even more so that he wants to rip me off to prove his point. Who the fuck does he think he is, anyway? The fucking "Messiah"?

This only one of many reasons that I'm against Obama's health care plan. It has also become quite obvious that only those leaning towards supporting it are practicing intellectual sloth. They'd rather leave the most important decision making of their own lives up to others. Only two kinds of people support ObamaCare - the intellectually lazy, and the intellectually active who mistakenly believe they can make society better through the control of other people's money and lives.

Quite frankly, that's just fucking sick!

THE NEXT PRESIDENT?

Despite any rumors that might be circulating about running as a candidate for President in the next election, I hereby refute such rumors, at least temporarily. Due to the lack of the multi-million dollar entrance fees required, I, like millions of other qualified and spirited Americans who are totally qualified to become President, will have to deny myself this desire to enter public service at this point in time.

If and when I should receive the financial backing required, I will weigh my options carefully, possibly making further comments on national public radio or network or cable television. Let me further state that there is not a shadow of doubt in my mind that I would make a great President and would take my oath to protect and preserve the Constitution with sincere reverence and respect.

If I had to announce a campaign platform within the next five minutes, I am prepared. My campaign would be founded on the fact that less government is the better government and that as a government our main priority is promoting more freedom among the ciizens rather than less freedom.

My promise not to try and control the masses would be based on my confidence that Americans have reached the level where they realize that one's mind will only grow brighter with increased freedoms that will challenge their abilities to become independent of government control.

THERE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT A SILVER DOLLAR

The date of 1922 is a date that should be well remembered. The men and women born in 1922 were only 19 when America was attacked in 1941. Within less than a year from the day the war started, our armed forces were filled with millions of men and women who were born in 1922 and the other years of the early 1920s. And there were millions more Americans who would continue joining, some born in years prior to the beginning of the 20th Century.

When America was attacked by another enemy on 11 September 2001, millions of men and women joined the Armed Services of the United States to combat the enemy. The new enemy, men without a nation , men who hate America for our freedoms of choice and who have vowed to destroy us, have not surrendered.

As there were Americans who did not wait for their nation to call them to duty in 1941 but joined en masse to defend our freedoms, there were those Americans who did not wait for a call to duty after the heinous and cowardly attack on our homeland on 11 September 2001.

American men and women have not changed their values, their hopes and their love of our nation since 7 December 1941. Although there is, for the most part, a totally different news media since World War Two, the men and women who have continued to serve in uniform are as dedicated now as they were then. And although many in our government have cowered to this loathsome and murderous enemy who murder the innocent, there are still those who believe our nation is worth fighting for; there are those who still believe in the same values we shared as a nation in 1941 and refuse to lay down our arms and surrender our freedom of speech and religion for the common agreement on some very subversive ideologies

SHADOWS AND SHAPES: CONTRAST IMAGES

THE SHADOW REMIND ME OF THE NOTRE DAME LOGO, SO I THOUGH ABOUT PRESIDENT OBAMA'S RECENT VISIT TO NOTRE DAME. HE DID NOT INVITE HIMSELF, LET US KEEP THIS FACT IN MIND. WHAT DO I THINK ABOUT HIS VISIT?

AS A LOYAL DEFENDER OF FREE SPEECH, I ADMIRE PRESIDENT OBAMA FOR ACCEPTING THE INVITE TO SPEAK AT NOTRE DAME. DESPITE THE OPPOSITION WHICH WAS REALLY NOTHING MORE THAN LIP SERVICE, HE DELIVERED A SPEECH THAT WAS APPROPRIATE AND WITHOUT CONTROVERSY.

WHEN THE PRESIDENT OF NOTRE DAME FIRST BEGAN HIS SPEECH, I FELT THAT PRESIDENT OBAMA WAS A BIT CONCERNED THAT HE WAS BEING "SET UP" FOR A SEVERE SCOLDING AND NOTICED HIS RELIEF WHEN THE UNIVERSITY PRESIDENT PRESENTED ALL LAURELS WITH NO THORNS.

I ADMIRE PRESIDENT OBAMA FOR ACCEPTING, SHOWING UP AND DELIVERING A MEMORABLE SPEECH THAT WILL BE NOTED IN HISTORY. GETTING TO KNOW HOW THE PRESIDENT THINKS, ONE CAN CLEARLY SEE THE REASONS FOR HIS SUCCESS IN ACHIEVING HIS GOAL TO BECOME PRESIDENT.

ALTHOUGH HE DOES NOT HAVE A TREMENDOUS TRACK RECORD, BEING SMART ENOUGH TO PLAN HOW TO BECOME PRESIDENT IS A MAMMOTH ACHIEVEMENT IN ITSELF. CONGRATS TO PRESIDENT OBAMA..............BY ROBERT L. HUFFSTUTTER

THIS IS ONE OF THE PHOTOS THAT SHOWS EXACTLY HOW STRONG THE GENES WERE IN THIS FAMILY.

COMPARE THIS PHOTO WITH NICHOLAS WHO....

IF ONE THINKS ABOUT THE SITUATION, ONE CAN PERCEIVE THAT THERE ARE SOME MEN WHO ARE BORN WITHOUT CONSCIENCE, WITHOUT SOUL, WITHOUT ANY LINK TO HUMANITY WITHIN THEIR MIND AND BODY. THAT THERE WERE MEN WILLING TO SHOOT AN ENTIRE FAMILY IN COLD BLOOD OVER AN ISSUE OF BIRTH IS BEYOND COMPREHENSION. WELL, NOT REALLY. IT HAPPENS TO AMERICANS EVERY DAY. HOMOCIDES, KILLINGS, MURDERS, DAY AFTER DAY, NOT OVER ROYALTY BUT OVER DRUGS, LOVE AFFAIRS, MONEY, ETC. BUT NOT ONLY MEN, WOMEN TOO ARE GUILTY OF THESE HEINOUS CRIMES. SO HOW COULD THEY HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM OF GETTING RID OF THE ROYALTY THEY COULD HAVE TAKEN THEM TO A SECRET ESTATE ON THE CRIMEA AND HELD THEM THROUGH THE FORCE OF A GARRISON AND LET THEM LIVE OUT THEIR NORMAL LIFETIME. THEY COULD HAVE EDUCATED THE CHILDREN AND SENT THEM OFF TO AMERICA WHEN THEY CAME OF AGE. OH, THESE ARE JUST PASSING THOUGHTS, IDEAS OF HOW SOME THINGS COULD BE SETTLED THROUGH A MORE CIVIL MEANS. This is, perhaps, a blessing of time; it could be a part of the growing up and growing older process, but there is so much beauty in that which sprouts from the ground we tread upon or around. QUIK TRIP: AMERICA'S FAVORITE GAS STATION

THROUGHOUT THE YEARS, AMERICA HAS HAD FAVORITE SPOTS AND FAVORITE PLACES FOR A LITTLE OF THIS AND A LITTLE OF THAT. IN TODAY'S FAST-PACED LIFESTYLE, AMERICANS SEEM TO LINGER A BIT AT QUIK TRIP. I HAVE NOTICED THAT SOME PEOPLE ACTUALLY BREATHE A SIGH OF RELIEF WHEN THEY ENTER THE STORE. WHY NOT? IT IS TIME FOR A BREAK, TIME FOR A FAVORITE MIX YOUR OWN CONCOCTION OF SOFT DRINKS, FIX UP A FANCY COFFEE WITH A MYRIAD BLEND OF FLAVORS. AND THERE'S THE FOOD: GREAT HOT DOGS AND BRATS, SOME ANGUS BURGERS (I TRIED MY FIRST ONE THE OTHER DAY AND IT WAS TOTALLY DELICIOUS). SPRINKLY DONUTS FOR THE GRANDCHILDREN KEEP ME SAVING FOR THEIR TREATS. THE BROWNIES ARE ADDICTIVE. SERIOUSLY, THE BEST BROWNIE IN THE USA. WHAT;S MORE, I HAVE NOTED THAT THERE IS HARDLY EVER A GRUFF WORD HEARD IN A QT; THE CLERKS ARE PERSONAL AND FAST. YOU MUST BE FAST. THEY ARE TOTALLY FAST AT CHECKING ONE OUT. THEY KEEP THEIR COOL. THEY CHECK LOTTERY TICKETS. THEY CHECK IDs. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. AND LIFE GOES ON, HAPPILY AS EVER, ESPECIALLY AFTER A FEW MINUTES AT A QUIK TRIP. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE FINE EMPLOYEES WHO WORK AT ONE OF AMERICA'S FAVORITE GAS STATIONS. ROBERT L. HUFFSTUTTER
